The location of this home was everything, just outside city limits, sitting in between farm land and forest. It was very dated with 30+ year old finishes, leaky dark basement, the whole thing needed to be brought up to date.

For the exterior new siding and trim was done to work with existing brick to bring it up to date.

New Landscaping wrapping around both sides of the house leads to a family size deck, new pool, screened cabana and hot tub.

An additional 3 car/truck garage was added in the back of the property as well.

Opened up and expanded the kitchen and dining room for a better flow. For a family of 7, a principal bed/bath main floor addition was a must. Classic finishes and colours were used to bring it up to date, but still fit into the country location.
